  • Timeframe: Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a return or refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or confirmation email) is required to process any return or refund.

 

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples included with your purchase.

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (returns and refunds must be handled through the original point of purchase).

 

Return and Refund Process

  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Product: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email when the refund is issued.

 

Refund Details

  • Full Refunds: Eligible for unopened, unused products returned within 30 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt and inspection.

Exchanges
